From Tokyo To San Diego: Upcoming Performances

Some very exciting performances are in the near future for Eldar. First off, he will be returning with his trio to The Blue Note Tokyo and Cotton Club from Wednesday, July 27th to Saturday, July 30th. Please see the Calendar section for details.

Eldar then comes back stateside on July 31st to be featured with The San Diego Symphony as he performs his virtuosic renditions of "Rhapsody in Blue" as well as some other works from his Sony Masterworks release, "Three Stories." Read more

Iridium Jazz Club

Playing at Iridium Jazz Club in NYC on June 3rd and 4th will be special. It's been a few months since I played with the trio in the city. It will also be my first time having my trio at Iridium. Whenever I see music there, I enjoy the intimate atmosphere that's always present. My last experience there was playing with Pat Martino, which was fantastic. I'm also looking forward to having a special guest with me this time: Marcus Strickland. He is a wildly talented young saxophonist who is making great music in many situations that I have witness live or on record.Read more

Festival of the Arts in Boca Raton

Playing at the the Festival of the Arts in Boca Raton was an amazing experience! First night I had the pleasure to play the music from the new album "Virtue" with the band. The second night I performed with the Russian National Orchestra which was an fantastic event. The audiences were amazing and the venue was gorgeous. Definitely a highlight of 2010 for me.
